Waterpark Mania...

This past weekend we got to spend some time with two of our favorite families at the Waterpark of America.  We had never been there and had no idea what to expect....it was a blast.  Absolute fun!  Here are some pics of the weekend!

Ice Castle

For the first time in a few weeks, the weather was decent and we didn't have any am activities or errands that needed to be done.  Soren had been asking me to take him 'to' the Spicer Ice Castle instead of just driving by.  So....we went!  It was a hoot!  An absolute blast!  Both kids had the absolute freedom to roam around (as we were the only ones there)...slide down fast slides and slow ones, with a sibling or not, climb up/down stairs, and pretend we were 'living' in the ice castle.  We certainly plan to go back!

A great idea....

Soren asked me the other day if we could go on a date!  I said, "Sure! Where would you like to go?"  I am thinking Hawaii, Mom.  OR maaaaaaaybe Florida!!!!" I said, "Hmmmm, not sure that we are going to be able to swing that one buddy....." "Well, mom....how about next week?"

If only we could just go there! :)

Winter fun

With these past few weeks being SO cold we've spent many hours inside... here are just a few of the daily activities at our house.

 Soren loves reading books....and since Kin loves being like Soren....she spends her time next to him!

 Kinley has figured out how to push a chair over to the counter and get a favorite snack....an apple!  SO....we have started bungee cording our chairs to the table....her she is enjoying her apple!

 Kinley also loves to cook!

 One Sunday afternoon we met some of Scott's college friends for some bowling, supper and Cherry Berry!  It was crazy but good! :)

She also loves having her baby and puppy dressed in PJ's.  I bet I 'help' dress them 30-40X/day!
