I am sure there will be more of these 'revelations' but my 2 yr old girl LOVES to color!!  Soren had/has absolutely no interest in coloring!  I am not sure what to do with her! :) lol

Aquatic Center FUN

The 'deal' tonight at our local aquatic center was if you bring a non-perishable food item (for the food shelf) your admittance fee goes from $3 to $1!!  To be honest, I wasn't excited about taking Kinley because I wasn't sure how Miss Busy would fair at an event like this.  But for $1 I decided to take the risk!! Mr Social asked if he could invite a friend and his good friend, Aubrey was available to join us! :)

 There was crying and fussing and squirming on Roo's part!  Because she was pretty sure that she should be able to go down the huge waterslides that even Soren isn't tall enough to go on!  There was fussing because she couldn't go off the diving boards with the big kids!  BUT once I defined the 'boundaries' she was a happy camper that went down the mini slide MANY times!  The big kids were kind enough to come play with her in between all their fun activities!  It was more successful than anticipated! :)

Grandpa took us for a ride...

My folks flew over last week to visit overnight.  They gave Soren and I a quick ride before they went home...We flew over the farm to say "Good Morning!"

We loved it....thanks grandpa!! :)

Soren has been loving soccer this summer!!!

Lake Beauty Bible Camp

For the 3rd year we've have been SO excited to spend our 4th of July at LBBC!!! There were about 80 other people from our church there...but over 600 were registered for Saturday's events!!! It's a summer highlight that Soren has been looking forward to since last year (and quite frankly, Scott & I have too!)!!  It's a wonderful place of worship, family time, spiritual growth and good food!!!  We can't wait to go back next year! :)
