The long-awaited ride in the combine arrived today! Soren has been asking to ride with Grandpa and/or Scott for days now! Well, tonite he rode with Grandpa Gary for 2 1/2 hrs while Kinley & I hung out in the van. I am pretty sure that he would have rode longer but it was supper time for us all, much to his dismay!
Soren & Scott started out the journey with bringing a wagon out to the field, some 4 miles away!
Anxiously waiting for the combine! Scott said Soren was smiling from ear to ear and leaping over the ground waiting.

It was a beautiful evening to watch the sunset over the fields!
We stood out on the deck this evening each time we heard the rumble of the combine headed towards us. Somehow Abram never seemed chilled, he was way to overcome with excitment for his mind to receive the message "it is cold out".
